That’s it. Except for the Trusses, the last two (going on three) weeks have been just waiting.
I blame the Bush administration. They pulled money from levee improvement projects. Then New Orleans sank while the president played guitar.

Now a good number of local framing crews are in New Orleans, and the few left are booked up.
Update: Never mind. Our contractor got a crew hired this morning. Demolition tomorrow?
