The Ikea kitchen is cheap, but inflexible in design, and it comes from a factory, not a craftsman across the street. If anyone has had a bad experience with Ikea cabinets, we really need an excuse to not use them.
Btw, this is one of the last things Christiane did before her computer melted. Did Ikea kill her computer? You be the judge.

We struggled for a long time about whether to use the IKEA cabinets. In the end it was the price and flexibility that made the decision for us. I wish I could tell you different but I have a few friends that have used them in the past and have nothing but good things to say. I’m installing ours this week.

We’ll be watching. Your post about trading spaces had us rolling on the floor the other night.
